Vivien is Director - Capital Markets & Financing. He works closely with the investment teams to coordinate financing for new buy-outs and debt raisings for refinancing. Prior to joining, Vivien worked 13 years at ING within the Leveraged Finance and DCM High Yield teams in Paris, Sydney and London. Vivien has been involved in the origination and execution of mandated lead arranger and bookrunner of corporate and LBO deals across variety of industries including but not limited to consumer products, healthcare, IT services, building materials and retail. In 2009, Vivien was involved in the restructuring of a number of distressed assets. Vivien graduated from ESSEC (MSc in Management).
