Sophie Flak is Managing Partner in charge of ESG and Digital and member of Eurazeo Partners Committee. Sophie has for many years been advocating social responsibility and digital technology as powerful components of a company’s strategy and transformation process. She joined Eurazeo in 2013, bringing with her 20 years’ experience in sustainable and technological transformation of leading international groups. With its ESG program, O+, Eurazeo has become a pioneering force in sustainability, and the Group is now recognized as the leading capital investment firm in this area. Beforehand, Sophie spent 11 years at Accenture where she became Senior Executive within the strategy division. She notably initiated the development of Accenture France’s sustainable development consulting business. In 2010, Sophie joined AccorHotels as member of the Executive Committee in charge of the group’s transformation, including technologies, organisation and CSR globally. Graduated from IEP Strasbourg and EM Lyon, Sophie is a former member of the EFRAG Project Task Force on climate, of the National Digital Council. She also chairs the NGO Research on Yoga in Education
