Luc Maruenda joined the Group in 1999, he is Partner in charge of Wealth Solutions. As the head of the Wealth Solutions department, since 1999, Luc has developed Group's private asset management offer so as to provide adapted solutions to the demands and constraints of French and European private investors: firstly with FCPIs, then with the development of new products offering asset diversification solutions on the different investment strategies deployed. Prior to joining the Group, Luc took part in the launch of a private equity program in the United Arab Emirates, where he took joint responsibility for the venture capital investments of The National Investor in Abu Dhabi. Before that, Luc was investment director in the offset team at Giat Industries (Nexter Group) in Abu Dhabi. Prior to that, he was CFO of the start-up Webcorp in San Francisco and worked as audit manager at Cabinet Constantin in Paris and then in New York for three years. Luc trained as an expert-comptable (chartered accountant equivalent) and holds a Master's degree in Business Law.
