Caroline is a Vice President in the Mid-large buyout team. Prior to joining, Caroline worked for more than 2 years at J.P. Morgan in London, within the Investment Banking Team. She has participated in several M&A and financing deals, both for industrial groups and financial sponsors. Before J.P. Morgan, Caroline completed various internships in M&A and Private Equity in Paris. Caroline graduated from ESCP Europe and ESSCA
