Céline is Director - Deputy Head of Tax. Céline began her career in 2011 as a tax lawyer, for 3 years at Clifford Chance, and then for 5 years at Bredin Prat, where she advised on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions (M&A, private equity and real estate), as well as in the context of tax disputes. In 2019, Céline joined Oddo BHF as Tax Manager, where she worked both on group and transactional tax matters, notably in the context of investment funds structuring. Céline is a graduate of the London School of Economics (MSc Law and Accounting, 2010) and of the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and HEC (Master 2 “Droit des affaires et Fiscalité” / Majeure SFJI (Stratégie Fiscale et Juridique Internationale), 2009).
