Prior to joining ETS Strategic Capital, Nick was Vice President at Houlihan Lokey (Washington, D.C.) and Wells Fargo® Securities (Washington, D.C. / New York City / Charlotte), where he executed strategic M&A transactions spanning across multiple different sectors. Prior to graduate school, Nick worked in trading technology. Nick received an MBA degree from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business and a B.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
