Bio

Jono is a partner within Ethos’ large equity fund having joined the Firm in 2014 and sits on our Executive Committee. He has over 16-years private equity and corporate finance experience, gained at Actis, The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in London. He currently serves on the board of directors of Waco, Premier Foods and led Ethos Fund VI’s investment into The Beverage Company (formally Little Green Beverages). In addition, Jono serves as the Managing Partner for the Ethos advisory role on the Ninety One Private Equity Funds, which owns 7 different businesses on the African continent. Jono holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree, with honours in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Cape Town. He is a Certified Financial Analyst Charter Holder and is a member of SAICA.
