Chloe is an expert in bringing our global networks and business insight closer to clients, helping investors establish clear, consistent business frameworks, procure international premises and staff, and develop their operational portfolios. Chloe is CIPD qualified and understands the importance of modern infrastructure, robust recruitment and negotiating optimum terms, having directed office launches in New York, London and Hong Kong. Additionally, she has sourced specialist staff from across the globe and is well versed in handling international payroll, taxation, mobility and compliance issues. Prior to ETFS Capital, Chloe spent seven years in office management and customer services, where she oversaw offices with over 30 clients. Today Chloe offers a diversity of tailored services – providing planning, preparation and operating support to investment management – enabling clients to grow their business, launch new initiatives, and optimise people, process and systems that underpin long-term strategy.
