Ms. Hancock is a licensed attorney experienced in wide-ranging areas of corporate practice including mergers and acquisitions and advising individual and corporate clients on a variety of general corporate, contract and regulatory matters. Ms. Hancock’s experience includes business entity structure and formation documents, commercial stock and asset transactions, joint ventures and other strategic alliances, real estate transactions, debt and equity capital financing, and family office activities assisting clients in preserving, protecting and enhancing their wealth. Ms. Hancock also advised individuals and businesses (including partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations) on a variety of regulatory matters. Ms. Hancock earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs with a concentration in Economics and a Minor in German from Wagner College, and a Juris Doctor degree from Phoenix School of Law.
