A graduate in Law and Business Administration by the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE - E3), Carlos Prado has been dealing with the private equity business since 1987, and has been a member of the managing board of the Spanish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (2004-2007). Prior to founding Espiga in 1998, he was a partner in Spain of the British fund Schroder Ventures and, previously, worked in Bestinver and Corporación Borealis. He has been a member of the Board in several companies. Espiga's representative in the Board of Directors of Lekue and M30.
