Durul Selçuk is responsible for developing and implementing the overall Human Resources strategy of Esas Holding. Durul started his career in Yapı Kredi Bank as a Management Trainee in 1994. Between 1997 and 2003, he worked in the Human Resources departments in Dusa and Sakosa which are production companies within Sabancı Group, before joining the Human Resources Team of Sabancı Holding Headquarters. Durul joined Citibank in 2003 as Vice Presıdent, where he worked in all processes of human resources functions specifically in Compensation and Benefits Management and Labor Relations. Between 2013 and 2016 he worked as a Human Resources Department Head in Burgan Bank. In 2016 Durul joined Alternatifbank as Executive Vice President and Executive Committee Member. Prior to joining Esas in 2022, Durul was the Global Human Resources Manager responsible for 15 countries at Orhan Holding. Durul earned his B.S. degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Middle East Technical University and M.A. degree in Human Resources Management from Bilgi University.
