As Vice President of Growth & Transformation, Teddy supports Erie Street and its portfolio partners in the planning and execution of fit-for-purpose growth initiatives, integration processes, and other strategic transformation opportunities. Teddy joined Erie Street in 2022 from NBCUniversal’s Strategy & Business Development team in Los Angeles, where he delivered dramatic top-line growth through new and improved business models, as well as cost reductions through organizational optimization. Previously, he worked in the Operations group of PwC’s Advisory practice in Chicago, helping clients across several industries achieve significant cost savings through operational efficiency. Teddy earned a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he received an Exceptional Student Fellowship; he also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University, where he studied Philosophy, English, and Business.
