As Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, Sathya is responsible for creating and executing Erie Street’s investor relations program, including existing and prospective investor communications and relationship management. Prior to joining Erie Street in 2021, Sathya served as the Head of Investor Relations and Marketing at Pritzker Private Capital, a family-owned investment firm, where she led their fundraising and marketing efforts. Prior to that, Sathya spent four years as a Vice President of Investor Relations at Vista Equity Partners, a technology-focused investment firm with over $75 billion in cumulative capital commitments. While at Vista Equity Partners, Sathya was responsible for raising capital and managing relationships with investors across private equity and credit strategies. Sathya also spent over six years at Silver Lake, a private equity firm focused on technology investing with $83 billion in assets, where she assisted with fund marketing and investor relations for all the firm’s strategies. Sathya received her MBA from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Central Michigan University.
