As Senior Vice President of Growth & Transformation, Kelly develops the next-level growth vision and transformation programs for Erie Street’s portfolio partners spanning Talent & Leadership, Revenue Enhancement, Operational Efficiency, and M&A. She leads strategic analyses to inform organic and inorganic growth models and executes go-to-market strategies that enable our partners to evolve, scale, and maximize potential to deliver next-level outcomes. With a decade of strategic consulting experience (PwC, Capgemini) and global functional leadership (McDonald’s at Capgemini), Kelly brings industry expertise, operational leadership, and strategic planning experience to Erie Street and its portfolio partners. Kelly joined Erie Street in 2021 after serving as the Global Lead of Strategy, Portfolio Governance, and Engagement for the McDonald’s strategic account at Capgemini. Kelly holds an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University. For seven years, Kelly served on the leadership board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago and held an officer position (VP of Fund Development) planning and executing the agency’s largest fundraisers annually.
