Dr. Wolfgang Behrens-Ramberg (b. 1956) founded CBR Management GmbH together with Dr. Eberhard Crain in 1999. Prior to this assignment he was a founding partner of Vector Beteiligungsberatungs GmbH and represented several private equity funds: Bessemer-Metzler, Europe Capital Partners (LBO France), DLJ Merchant Banking Partners II and PPM Ventures. From 1988 to 1990 he was head of controlling and accounting at the Thurn & Taxis Group, Regensburg. Before that Dr. Behrens-Ramberg worked in various executive positions in planning and controlling at the Thyssen Group, Essen and Duisburg. He received his MBA from the University of Cologne and earned his doctorate under Prof. Dr. Gerd Rose.
