Bio

Rohan deploys his finance and accounting expertise to work across EGI departments in support of the chief financial officer and the investment team. Specifically, he serves as a liaison between the investment and financial services teams to evaluate new investment opportunities and manage existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining EGI in 2021, Rohan was a senior manager within Ernst & Young (EY) strategy and transactions practice. His role included extensive M&A experience serving both private equity sponsors and strategic participants in connection with buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across a wide range of sectors. Rohan also worked on several transformative transactions for Fortune 500 companies, where he collaborated across various functions. Before joining the strategy and transactions practice at EY, Rohan spent three and a half years in the company’s audit practice. He earned his MS and BS in accounting with high distinction from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. He is also a certified public accountant licensed in Illinois.
