KCleads EGI’s human resource function. She applies more than 20 years of experience in her focus on performance management, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations and engagement, diversity and inclusion, learning/training, and developing/implementing policies and procedures. Prior to joining EGI in 2019, KC served as senior director of human resources and recruiting for Intercontinental Exchange Holdings (ICE). In 2013, ICE, a Fortune 500 company that operates global exchanges and clearinghouses and provides data and listings services, acquired the New York Stock Exchange, for which KC served as managing director and HR business partner. Earlier in her career, KC served as director of human resources for Archipelago Holdings, Inc., which was acquired by the New York Stock Exchange in 2006. She holds an MS in human resources from Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business and a BA in political science from Purdue University.
