Bio

Michael joined Equitix in March 2013 and has responsibility for greenfield development in Scotland and Ireland. Michael was also the Chief Executive of hub South West Scotland Limited until September 2021. Prior to joining Equitix, Michael worked at HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions for 8 years where he set up HOCHTIEF’S PPP investment business in Scotland attaining the position of Executive Director with specific responsibility for asset management across their portfolio of projects within the UK and Ireland. Michael’s PPP experience spans over 20 years where he has attained a successful record of accomplishment for the delivery and operational management of approximately £2.5 billion of infrastructure assets. Michael has a BSc degree in Quantity Surveying.
