Larissa joined Equitix in 2020 to work towards strategic business expansion into new geographies. Before joining Equitix, Larissa spent 12 years allocating pension fund capital within both the public and private sectors. These roles included Head of Investments at the Lloyds Banking Group where she managed £14 billion in assets across all asset classes for the HBOS Final Salary Pension Scheme. Larissa also spent some time working in a Senior Manager role at AustralianSuper, within the Portfolio Construction team which had with oversight on the asset allocation of A$120bn. Most recently, Larissa was Head of Fixed Income & Real Assets (Infrastructure & Property) for London CIV, the UK government pension pool for the 32 London Boroughs and City of London. Larissa graduated from Monash University, Melbourne, with a degree in Commerce. In 2013 Larissa was named as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Finance by Financial News in addition to the 40 under 40 rising stars in Asset Management and Hedge Funds. She has several other industry awards in recognition of her work. Larissa also holds a certificate in Advanced Responsible Investment Analysis from the UNPRI Academy and speaks conversational German.
