Bio

Belinda joined Equitix in February 2021 as Chief Operating Officer for the Corporate function. She sits on the Equitix board and is responsible for the development of ESG strategy and practice, as well as leading on corporate strategy. Belinda is also a board director of Equitix Management Services. Belinda’s previous experience is as an investor and an operator, in leading strategic development of growing businesses. Prior to joining Equitix, she was Managing Director of The Good Care Group and part of a team of Directors that led a management buyout and successfully grew the business to become the leading, live-in care business in the UK, before it’s sale to Sodexo in 2019. Prior to that, Belinda was an Investment Director at NBGI Private Equity, investing in businesses and working with management teams to support them in developing strategic and operational plans in growing their businesses and creating shareholder value. Belinda qualified as a chartered accountant at BDO Stoy Hayward. She has a BA Honours in Psychology from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
