Bio

Seb joined Equistone in 2017 from Montagu Private Equity, where he was based in both its Manchester and London offices for nine years. Prior to this, he spent seven years in PwC’s Corporate Finance team working across Leeds and Manchester, and before that he was in UBS Warburg’s industrial products M&A team in London. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Andersen in 2000, having spent three years in their Corporate Restructuring team in Birmingham. He has worked on a range of transactions across many sectors, including Equistone’s investment in FirstPort, and is currently a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Ligentia and WHP Telecoms. Seb graduated from Imperial College London with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
