Bio

Stanislas Gaillard joined Equistone in 1998. Prior to this, he gained experience at Arthur Andersen where he dealt with companies in the industry, food and distribution sectors. Stanislas has worked on a number of transactions including the spin-off of Médi-Partenaires, a leading French private hospital operator focused on medicine, surgery and obstetrics, the buyout of Martek Power a leading manufacturer of power conversion products for high technological industries and the buyout of Unither, the world-leading manufacturer of sterile pharmaceutical unit doses using Blow-Fill-Seal technology (BFS). He is currently a member of the Supervisory Boards of Dugas, GSCM Groupe and Vulcain Ingénierie. In addition to his investment and portfolio responsibilities, Stanislas also co-ordinates LBO NET, which is an association of buyout professionals (lawyers, accountants, private equity houses, mezzanine and senior debt lenders) that monitors the French buyout market. Stanislas is a business school graduate with specialisation in corporate finance. He also holds a degree in accounting (DESCF).
