Jerry He joined EQT Partners in January 2016 as a Partner and Head of Shanghai Office. Jerry holds a Master of Business Administrations Degree from Columbia University, a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellow University, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Finance from Renmin University of China. Jerry started his career in Goldman Sachs in New York as an analyst in 2000. From 2004 to 2012, Jerry worked in Morgan Stanley in New York and Hong Kong, and latest as the Co-Head of Special Situations Group in Asia Pacific, focusing on private equity investments in Asia Pacific, especially China. From 2013 to 2015, Jerry mostly worked as a personal investor and co-founder of a number of companies in China.
