Bio

Alex is an active investor and has led or been involved with numerous investments including The Big Table, Bonhams, Parkdean, AXIO, Davies and Knight Square. He also chairs our Management and Investment Committees. Before joining Epiris in 2011, Alex spent eleven years at Apax Partners where he ran the Retail and Consumer Group. Before Apax he spent nine years at OC&C Strategy Consultants where he focused on corporate strategy and private equity commercial due diligence. In total he has more than 20 years’ private equity experience. Alex has a first class degree in Electronic Engineering from Imperial College and an MBA from INSEAD. He is a keen sailor and skier and most recently has started inflicting cycling on his family by way of a tandem.
