Radhika Iyer Bio

Radhika Iyer is a Managing Director and Head of Marketing at Energy Impact Partners (EIP). She is responsible for EIP’s overarching marketing strategy including brand, events, digital, social, PR and communications. Ms. Iyer has nearly two decades of marketing experience spanning industries and sectors. She was previously at TIME where she oversaw brand strategy, creative solutions, sales marketing and content for the brand. Previously, Radhika spent time at BlackRock and Pinterest and started her career working in brand management in CPG and Beauty with experiences spanning L’Oreal, Elizabeth Arden and Unilever. Ms. Iyer received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. She lives in NJ with her husband and son and is an avid baker.
