Bio

Nisha Raswant Chhabra is the Chief People Officer of Energy Impact Partners (EIP), where she is responsible for overseeing HR, talent development and performance management, recruiting and compensation. Before joining EIP, Nisha spent 12 years at MIO Partners, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of McKinsey & Co.), in a similar role, and four years at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, as a Recruiting Manager. Prior to that, Nisha was a Litigation Associate at both Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe and also held a judicial clerkship in the Southern District of New York. Nisha holds a J.D. from The Yale Law School and a B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University. She has spent most of her life in New York City and happily lives there with her husband and daughter.
