Juan Carlos is a Co-founder of Eneas Alternative Investments and is involved in investment relations along with the strategic, management and investment processes. Juan Carlos is also the founder of Eneas Advisory, a specialized financial advisory boutique founded in 2003. He has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance and advising companies of various industrial sectors. He also has experience in debt restructuring and cost optimization. Juan Carlos has also managed several investments in real estate distress assets. Previously he worked in PwC where he started as an auditor and later became director of the M&A department. Juan Carlos holds a Master degree in European Financials at IEAF and a degree in Economics at EBSI. He speaks Spanish and English.
