Bio

Jordan joined Endeavour in 2021 as the firm’s Head of Talent. He works with Endeavour’s partner companies and investment teams to help drive growth through the assessment and recruitment of high-impact senior executives and board members. He also partners with Endeavour’s company management teams, advising them on all aspects of talent management and organizational effectiveness including recruiting, compensation, succession planning, retention, team building, and performance management. Prior to Endeavour, Jordan spent nearly a decade at Spencer Stuart as a core member of the firm’s Private Equity, CEO, CFO, and Board practices. Jordan graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he received a B.A. in Political Science. Jordan currently lives in Manhattan Beach, California.
