Ms. Richards serves as Vice President of investor relations and fundraising for EnCap Investments. Prior to joining EnCap in November 2021, Ms. Richards spent two and a half years at Macquarie Capital. She split her time between the Energy Principal team and the Advisory team within the Infrastructure & Energy Group in Houston. She also spent approximately two years in Scotiabank’s Power & Utilities Investment Banking Group in New York focusing on M&A advisory, and approximately two years in Prudential Capital Group’s Energy Finance Group in Dallas as an investment analyst focused on project finance in the power sector. Ms. Richards holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University and is also a CFA charterholder.
