Bio

Mr. Bauer serves as the head of investor relations and fundraising for EnCap Investments. Prior to joining EnCap in 2010, Mr. Bauer spent five years overseeing the investor relations and fundraising efforts of HM Capital Partners, a middle-market buyout firm based in Dallas. Previously, Mr. Bauer was Chief of Staff to U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions. Mr. Bauer received a B.S. from Texas Christian University and a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
