R. Kyle Stelma is a Vice President of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Mr. Stelma supports all finance, administrative and accounting functions of EFM’s funds and portfolio companies. Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2017, Mr. Stelma was an analyst in the Energy Investment Banking Group at Jefferies LLC in Houston, where he focused on M&A advisory work as well as public and private capital raises in the energy sector. Mr. Stelma holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University. He currently serves on the board of directors of several EFM portfolio companies, including Greenfield Midstream, Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners II, Manchester Energy Partners and Stakeholder Midstream.
