Bio

Prior to EMF, Berker was an assistant manager in the M&A team at Deloitte Turkey. He was engaged on M&A and debt advisory projects in various sectors including manufacturing, energy, defense, food & beverages, and media. He previously worked as a strategic planning specialist at Kopas Cosmetics, where he assisted the board of directors in strategic planning, corporate finance, and operational projects. He completed both his MSc in Finance and his BA in Business Administration at Koç University.
