Bio

Tom joined Elysian in 2015. He has over 20 years operational management and board level experience spanning several continents and sectors. He began with SDV logistics in East Africa before moving to A T Kearney in 2001. He joined P&O Nedlloyd in 2004 as Director of Global Operations and on its acquisition by A.P.Moller-Maersk became Director of Vessels & Equipment in the Global Assets team and then UK Director of Strategy and Process Excellence. From 2008-2014, Tom was the Production and Distribution Director of Shepherd Neame, the regional brewer. Immediately prior to joining Elysian, he advised Doughty Hanson oil and gas portfolio companies on strategy and business improvement programmes. He has a degree from Edinburgh University and an MBA from INSEAD.
