Bio

Mark joined Elysian in 2017. He started his career with BDO in London, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in the audit department before moving into the Corporate Finance team and transferring to New York. Mark then joined KPMG’s mid-market transaction services team where he was an Associate Director providing due diligence and advice to management teams, financial investors and corporates. During this time, Mark spent six months on secondment to HSBC where he was responsible for financial modelling in respect of potential transactions. Mark has a BA in English and History of Art from Lancaster University and an MSt in English from Oxford University.
