Bio

James joined Elysian in 2010. He has extensive industry experience, having worked at Bunzl plc from 1995-1999 and then again from 2002 to 2009, latterly as Managing Director, UK and Ireland; a region with sales of over £1bn. From 1999-2002, James worked for EurotaxGlass’s, the PE backed pan-European automotive information provider, where he was COO and has previously worked at McKinsey and Unilever. Prior to Elysian, he was involved in nineteen acquisitions, including family owned companies and non-core operations of other corporations, with a focus on post-acquisition management and business development. He has a degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
