Bill is a senior business leader with proven success at providing vision, strategies, and leadership required to grow a manufacturing company. Expert at creating value while transforming companies through the introduction of new products and target markets, Bill brings more than 20 years of experience identifying opportunities, creating business plans, and delivering strong revenue, profits, and growth. Starting his career in the Automotive Supplier Parts business, Bill led sales for Kill and Bolton Associates and later became President of that company. He grew sales from $15 million to $300 million before selling the company to Methode Electronics (METH) in 2003. Next, Bill purchased a nearly bankrupt company and transformed it into a fast-growing supplier of military vehicle components known as Bolton Conductive Systems. After tripling the size of Bolton Conductive Systems, Bill sold the company to Stoneridge, Inc. (SRI) in 2013. Currently, Bill is President of Elvisridge Capital’s portfolio company, Blackfin Rods.
