Bio

Scott has more than 20 years of experience advising, financing, acquiring, and operating businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He is intimately familiar with the decisions owners face when evaluating a sale of their business, having co-founded, managed, grown, and sold one of the nation’s largest providers of reclaimed building materials. In addition, he understands how to best work with portfolio company leaders, having served as President & CEO of a private equity-backed manufacturing business. As a private debt investor with Newstone Capital Partners and an investment banker with Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse, he originated, structured, invested, and managed more than $1 billion in assets. Scott is an experienced business leader and investor, responsible for all aspects of the deal process at Elvisridge, from sourcing and due diligence through deal structuring and post-investment management. He also works closely with our portfolio company management teams to increase sales and profitability. Scott earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, part of Western University in London, Ontario, Canada.
