Max Simnitt joined EIV Capital in May of 2017 and currently serves as the Director of Operations and Development. His experience in Engineering, Construction, and Operations provide a unique insight into the investment team when evaluating opportunities and supporting portfolio companies. Prior to EIV, Max served as a Management Consultant to public and private equity companies in the midstream oil and gas industry. He has ten years of private equity experience as the Director of Operations and Projects for Prometheus Energy Group, and as Project Manager for Bobcat Gas Storage. He has twenty years of experience in downstream EPC project execution for Jacobs Engineering, Wood Group Mustang, and Litwin Engineers and Constructors.
