More than 15 years of private equity deal experience as principal investor with Compass Partners, a $1 billion American pan-European fund based in London and with Investindustrial, a leading European Fund investing in Europe and overseas. Designed, co-led and executed transactions ranging in size from €5m to €1 billion in US and Europe. Cradle-to-grave experience in growing, internationalizing and selling companies. Among these, responsible for the roll-up of Polynt, a north Italian chemical business transformed into global. Strong expertise in all commercial, technical financial and legal aspects of private equity, as well as direct experiences as part of a management team of a large multinational company and, more recently as an entrepreneur. Board Member of several companies M&A experience with PwC Corporate Finance Holds an MSc in Finance from London Business School and an MSc in Law and Business Administration magna cum laude from Bocconi University. Also studied at HEC in Montreal. Speaks English, French and Italian fluently.
