Mr. Mahoney has over thirty years of mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing, business operations and general management experience. Mr. Mahoney is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Oversight Committee. Mr. Mahoney held executive positions with Lanier Worldwide, Platinum Equity, Medquist, WebMD and Allscripts. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University.
