Mr. Alfonso has over twenty years of merger, acquisition and operational experience, having completed more than fifty transactions. He has acted as portfolio manager of a highly diversified group of over thirty companies, which were acquired business units from the Fortune 1000, with aggregate annual revenues of over $5 billion and 15,000 employees worldwide. Mr. Alfonso has extensive international experience in Asia, Latin America and Europe.Prior to establishing Empire Investment Holdings in 2003, Mr. Alfonso held the executive positions of; senior vice president & principal with Platinum Equity, managing director with Hartford Life International and director of sales & marketing with American Bankers Insurance Group. Mr. Alfonso earned a bachelor's degree from Florida International University and an M.B.A. from the University of Miami.
