Bio

Ms. Herman is a Vice President and Associate General Counsel at EIG. Prior to joining EIG in 2020, Ms. Herman was an attorney at Gunderson Dettmer LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York, where she represented private equity firms, venture capital firms, and corporate clients on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions and venture financings. Ms. Herman started her career as a management consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, where she advised companies on strategy and growth initiatives. Ms. Herman holds a BA, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD and MBA from Duke University.
