Mr. Flach is a Vice President and EIG’s Senior Manager of Tax Operations. Prior to joining EIG in 2021, he was a Senior Tax Director at E*TRADE Financial where he was responsible for the income tax provision, tax forecast and tax planning. Previously, he was a Director with Fannie Mae where he oversaw a variety of corporate tax, compliance, and accounting functions. He also worked in public accounting specializing in the taxation of closely held corporations, individuals, and partnerships. Mr. Flach is a licensed CPA (inactive). He holds a B.S. in Accounting from John Carroll University and an M.B.A from The George Washington University.
