Ms. Hart is a Vice President of Human Resources at EIG. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ms. Hart brings expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent management, talent development, compensation and benefits strategies, and employee engagement. Prior to joining EIG, Ms. Hart was the Director of Human Resources for Cartica Management, a DC based global asset manager focused on ESG enhancements within their investment companies. Additionally, she was the Director of Human Resources for B. Riley FBR, a leading full-service investment bank in Arlington, Virginia. She started her career as an accountant working at PwC, UBS, and Sallie Mae. Ms. Hart is a graduate of the University of Connecticut where she received her BS in Accounting. She is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from The Society for Human Resource Management as well as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute.
