Bio

Ivo is Partner PE Evergreen and joined Egeria in October 2016. He works on new investment opportunities, divestment processes and is involved with various portfolio companies, including MAAS Aviation, M&G and APOC Aviation. Ivo joined Egeria from APM Terminals, the port division of Maersk Group. Within the M&A and Investment Strategy department, he focused on international mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, he served with the M&A department of NIBC, advising various clients on acquisitions within different industries. Ivo holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Investments from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He enjoys working with committed management teams in a partnership model.
