Neil is Partner, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of EEP. He is in charge of all financial and operational aspects of the organisation and is also responsible for investor communication, financial due diligence and monitoring the financial performance of the portfolio companies. Neil has also performed various operational roles for the EEP Portfolio companies including that of Interim CFO for Whatsonwhen for a period prior to its successful sale. Prior to joining EEP in 2000, Neil was a Senior Manager for the Entrepreneurial Services Group at Ernst & Young (“EY”) in London and Chicago where he was responsible for working with Entrepreneurial Growth Companies: co-ordinating audits, acquisitions and flotations. He has over 30 years’ experience of advising and operating in the Private Equity industry. Neil is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, an Approved Person by the Financial Conduct Authority and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering and Management from Birmingham University.
