Bio

Joe joined Edison Partners in 2008. As CFO and CCO, he leads Edison’s financial and compliance functions including - audit and tax compliance, domestic and foreign limited partner reporting and administration, SBA reporting, cash forecasting, accounting, and analysis. Joe founded JTG Ventures in 2020 through which he advises privately held and investor-owned business on implementing and executing financial and operational excellence.  Prior to launching his own firm, he served as CFO with Compass Group, TwentyEighty Strategy Execution, and Folio Financial and has held other leadership roles at E*TRADE and Navigant Consulting.  He served on the board of Financial Executives International and was the founding Managing Director of the National Capital Chapter of the COO Forum.   BS, Accounting, Rider University;
