Matt LaFiandra is the Chief Operations Officer at Edgewood Holdings and provides project management, engineering, and construction expertise to the development projects in Edgewood’s investment portfolio and as part of Edgewood’s consulting services. He was primarily responsible for Edgewoods development, management, and oversight of the $270M capital expenditure program at RTI from 2010-2015. Prior to joining Edgewood Mr. LaFiandra was a Project Manager for Pulte Homes, Inc., one of the 2 largest homebuilders in the United States. While at Pulte, he was responsible for the site management of numerous housing development projects valued from $20-70 million. Mr. LaFiandra holds a B.S. in Structural Engineering from the University of California – San Diego. He holds a Masters in Engineering Management from Duke University, where he was a Parsons Commercial Technology Group Fellow.
