J. Stephen Eaton is co-founder and Managing Director of EDG Partners, LLC and has been an active investor in the healthcare industry with a background as a successful CEO. As an investor Mr. Eaton has been involved in numerous healthcare transactions where he has assisted growing companies in attracting key executive leadership, setting strategic direction and executing of business plans. His experience has included underperforming target acquisitions which required fundamental changes in both leadership and operating strategies. Prior to EDG, Mr. Eaton was a founding shareholder and investor in a group of affiliated long-term care companies that have seen revenues grow from $250 million to $1 billion.
