Alan C. Dahl, a Co-Founder and Managing Director of EDG, brings over 20 years of senior executive, financial and private equity investing experience to EDG. Prior to founding EDG, Mr. Dahl partnered with Mr. Eaton and other investors in transactions that developed into Genoa Healthcare and Housecall. From 1991 to 2002, Mr. Dahl’s roles included serving on the Board of Directors, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President Business Development of Centennial. Mr. Dahl received a BS and MS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and has his CPA.
